GAMMA roller conveyor blast machine

The special AL version of the GAMMA shot blast machine has been designed to roughen the surface of extruded aluminium profiles in order to eliminate extrusion defects and reduce the time and costs associated with the subsequent anodizing process. The system is designed to work with very small stainless steel shot.

To ensure removal of shot media from the profiles, a blowing unit has been installed at the exit side of the pass-through enclosure as well as a lifting system hoisting the profiles in question onto the roller conveyor’s unloading section.
