One of TURBOTECNICA strength is to have the know-how to design accessories that complete the shot blasting installations, i.e. the filtering / dedusting systems and the handling systems of the pieces to be treated.

Turbotecnica has just designed and put into production a new line of filtering systems.
It is a very compact and environmentally-friend line of filters that can be installed directly in the working area because it meets the highest regulatory requirements as to the noise and the pollution.

In the inner part, the filter integrates a centrifugal fan and a cartridges cleaning system. A rotary valve allows the discharge of the dust outwards conveying it into a container.
The application of a HEPA filter allows the installation of our FCO 3-C in the working area avoiding the emission of fine powders harmful to the operator.

The new filter line is available in 4 different types depending on the capacity (from 750 m3/h to 3000 m3/h), with ATEX components and with the possibility to apply the fire-extinguisher systems.
