Turbotecnica S.p.A. wishes to inform you that the European Regulation 2016/679 (“General Data Protection Regulation”, from now on “GDPR”) provides for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data as a fundamental right. Therefore, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR, we hereby inform you that

Purpose of the treatment

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

1. Allow Turbotecnica S.p.A. to carry out its internal administrative task and to comply with all applicable laws and / or orders of the public authorities;
2. Provide pre and post sales services and general information on products and services and on the purchase network of Turbotecnica S.p.A
3. Protect and assert the rights of Turbotecnica S.p.A., including its property rights, and act to protect the Website

The data processing is performed by the specialised personnel of Turbotecnica and/or other agencies acting on behalf of Turbotecnica with paper, computer, electronic and any other type of support considered technologically suitable. The data processing will be performed in a lawful and correct manner and in any case in compliance with the aforementioned law by means of instruments that guarantee security and privacy.

Personal data object of the treatment

The use of the site by visitors, for technical reasons, security and for statistical purposes, involves the collection and processing of different types of personal data related to the user:

a)Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate our site acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but it could allow users to be identified by processing and associating data held by third parties. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to our site.

2)Data from the user

These data are asked when requesting information, when registering to use one of our services or when applying for a job. The consent to the data processing according to the provisions of the GDPR will be required.

These are the requested data:

• Newsletter subscription: Name, Surname, Company, Function, Town (optional), email address
• Website page “Contact us – request assistance/information”: Name, Surname, Company, Email address, Phone number (optional), personal data written by the users in the message or in the attachments.

As it is not a legal obligation, the transfer of personal data to Turbotecnica S.p.A. is optional. However, the refusal to provide the above mentioned data will make it impossible for us to proceed with the services provided on the Turbotecnica S.p.A website.

The purpose of these activities is closely related to business activities by limiting the use in contexts that may affect the personal dignity and decorum.

Application

The CVs received will be stored and re-evaluated for future searches for professional positions compatible with the candidate’s profile. The candidate may oppose the processing of his personal data at any time by writing to info@turbotecnica.it

Please, remember to include in the curriculum vitae the declaration consenting the processing of personal data for the purpose of selection and avoid entering special categories of personal data (health conditions, religious, political and philosophical beliefs) not pertinent to the application.

Storage of the personal data

The data are collected according to the indications of the relevant legislation, with particular regard to the security measures provided for by the GDPR (Article 32) for their processing using IT tools, manual and automatic tools to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. The data will be stored at the competent offices of Turbotecnica S.p.A. for a period not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed.

Data communication

The collected data could be communicate to:

• Companies that perform functions strictly connected and instrumental to the technical operations of the services of this site, such as hosting service providers, companies that provide archiving, administrative, payment and invoicing services, companies that provide technical components for some features of the website

• Administrative and judicial authorities by virtue of legal obligations

Personal data may be transferred outside the European Union to be processed by some of our service providers.

In this case, we make sure that this transfer takes place in compliance with current legislation and that an adequate level of personal data protection is guaranteed based on an adequacy decision, or on standard clauses defined by the European Commission.

Personal data will never be given or sold to third parties.

Rights

Pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, the interested party has the right to ask the Data Controllers:

• Information on the existence of personal data, their origin, treatment scope and ways and, if present, the access to the personal data;
• The update, modification, integration, deletion, limitation of personal data treatment;
• The transformation into anonymous form or the block of the personal data treated in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary
• to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data, relevant to the purpose of the collection and processing of personal data provided for commercial information or sale purposes or market research or marketing communication. Each user has the right to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation
• to receive the personal data, provided knowingly and actively or by the use of the service, in a structured format, commonly used and legible by an electronic device, and transmit them to another data controller without impediments
• to complain with the Italian Data Protection Authority

In using the services provided by Turbotecnica S.p.A., the user confers the widest indemnity with respect to any dispute, claim, request for compensation / damage from treatment, etc., which should reach Turbotecnica S.p.A. by third parties whose personal data have been processed by the use of the service in violation of the applicable rules on the protection of personal data.

In any case, if you provide or otherwise process personal data of third parties in the use of our service, you guarantee from now – assuming all related liability – that this particular hypothesis of treatment is based on an appropriate legal basis (for example , the consent of the interested party) pursuant to art. 6 of the GDPR which legitimizes the processing of the information.

This information may be subject to change.  If the Owner makes substantial changes to the use of personal data, he will notify the user by publishing the changes with the maximum evidence on the website pages or by similar means.
